Returns & Exchanges

At Coconut Club, we are a small independent business and every order means so much to us. We want you to feel confident when purchasing your swimwear, so please read our returns policy carefully before ordering.

Change of mind

If you purchase from our website and change your mind, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your items, in accordance with UK consumer law.

Items must be returned in their original condition, unworn, unused and with all original hygiene seals, tags and packaging intact. For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns of swimwear where the hygiene seal has been removed or the item has been worn.

Customers are responsible for the cost of returning an item unless the item is faulty, damaged or incorrectly supplied.

Once we receive and inspect your return, any refund due will be processed in accordance with your statutory rights.

Exchanges

If you would prefer to exchange your bikini for another size or style, please contact us at contact@coconutclubswimwear.co.uk before sending your item back. We will provide instructions for completing your exchange.

Please note that exchanges are subject to availability.

Faulty or incorrect items

We carefully check every item before it leaves us. If your order arrives faulty, damaged or you have received the wrong item, please contact us as soon as possible at contact@coconutclubswimwear.co.uk including your order number and photographs of the issue.

Your statutory rights are not affected by this policy. Nothing in these terms limits or excludes any rights you have under UK consumer law.
